All set! We're embarking on a journey of healthy eating tailored to your lifestyle.
How does the 1:1 coaching work?
1) Application Form: Before our first meeting, you will receive a welcome email to fill out a few forms for me to understand your needs and dietary habits. This way, I get to know you better before our initial meeting.
2) Free Consultation Meeting: This meeting lasts approximately 20 minutes, during which we discuss your nutrition goals and needs, and create a completely personalized roadmap for you. In this meeting, we also determine how often we will meet and choose the date/time for our next appointment together.
Following this, a summary email will be sent, outlining everything we discussed during our meeting.
3) Nutrition Counseling and Accountability Calls: In these sessions, we will discuss everything related to nutrition. We can create a goal and program tailored to your life and your body's needs. We will review all your questions, reassess your goals, and take the next steps to achieve new goals/continuously maintain previous habits.
How long and often you will coach me for?
Creating sustainable habits may take some time. Just like everything else, the length of the program's process is entirely personalized to you.
Most clients decide to have weekly one-hour coaching calls, which then taper down to biweekly or monthly accountability calls after three months to ensure that they are still constantly hitting their goals.
