Hi there! I'm Ecem, the nomad dietitian.

I'm Ecem, born in Turkey, Istanbul. Currently, I live in the Canary Islands.

I love everything about food-cooking, eating, and trying dishes from different cultures. As a dietitian, my approach revolves around sustainable diets that fit your lifestyle.

My Education and Expertise

I completed 4 years of BSc in nutrition and dietetics and 2 years of MSc in clinical dietetics in metabolic syndrome and obesity.

Throughout my dietetic education, I gained comprehensive knowledge about nutrition and dietary therapies for various health conditions.

I worked for years in a hospital where nutrition treatments were provided.

 In that time, I assisted hundreds of patients who wanted to improve their health and eating habits. 

Later on, left my full-time job, moved to the Canary Islands,

and started on my digital nomad journey!

Throughout this journey, I've assisted not only my clients and counselees, like yourself, in adopting healthier eating habits. I'm a food lover who truly appreciates the diverse culinary wonders of the world, yet I ensure it doesn't negatively impact my health.

 

As in life, it's all about finding that 'sweet balance' in nutrition.
